A: We know Paypal is a very good service widely used in the world. But currently, LCN does not accept Paypal. The reason is Paypal China is very different from Paypal in any other country. Paypal set many tough rules only to Chinese users such as Chinese users are not allowed to withdraw over half of the payment in the account or else the account will be frozen and each time no matter how much money a Chinese user intend to withdraw from the account, Paypal will charge $35 as a fee for withdrawing while Paypal doesn't charge any money for any user in any other country. Due to these tough rules, LCN decides not to use Paypal at present. But please be noticed, we don't say we will never use Paypal in future. If one day Paypal changes their tough rules, we will gladly to use Paypal for taking payment.

And currently, we don't accept any other payment term except T/T and Western Union. But we are also looking for some other reasonable ways for taking payment. If we find there is a new term that can help us take the payment, we will add it into our payment terms and update it on our website.
