A: The policy is made for those clients who lost their packages in customs. But please be noticed, how much we can make up in every future order depends on what powder you order. The higher the value of the powder is, the less we can make up in every future order. For example, Testosterone is not a high value powder. If you lost 100g, we can make up 50g in the second order. But for some high value powder like Ostarine, if you lost 100g, we can only make up 25g in the second order.
